By accessing this website or requesting a quotation or service from Stellar Solar Enterprises, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We provide solar design, supply, installation, commissioning, monitoring and maintenance for residential, commercial, government, agricultural, high mast lighting and solar farming projects. Service scope, specifications and timelines are defined in the written proposal or work order agreed with you.

• Quotations are valid for the period stated in the proposal and may change with material or regulatory cost changes.
• Final pricing depends on site assessment, system size, components selected and structural or electrical requirements.
• Applicable taxes are charged as per prevailing law unless stated otherwise.

Payment milestones (advance, material dispatch, installation and commissioning) will be stated in your work order. Delayed payments may result in a pause of work or delivery. Any subsidy is processed as per government rules and does not alter your payment obligations unless agreed in writing.

• Provide safe, timely access to the site and roof or land area.
• Share accurate information about structure, electrical connection and consumption.
• Arrange required permissions, society or owner approvals, unless covered in the work order.

Timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, approvals, site conditions or events beyond our control.

We assist with net-metering and subsidy applications. Approval, timelines and benefit amounts are decided by the DISCOM and relevant authorities, and Stellar Solar cannot guarantee their outcome.

Panels, inverters, batteries and other components carry the manufacturer's warranty. Workmanship support is provided as per the work order. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, natural calamities or lack of reasonable maintenance.

Energy generation and savings figures are estimates based on typical conditions. Actual output varies with sunlight, shading, temperature, dust, usage patterns and grid availability.

To the extent permitted by law, Stellar Solar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or losses arising from grid outages or third-party actions. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

All content, logos, images and designs on this website belong to Stellar Solar or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

We may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms apply from the date they are posted on this page.
